Our policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or exchange.
With a receipt: Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment.
Without a receipt: Returned items reflect the lowest "on sale" price within the last 30 days, plus applicable sales tax, only in the form of credit to the store.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
Shipping: Merchandise will leave the warehouse within two to four weeks.
